Lectures and tutorials

Adv. Modai has been giving lectures, seminars and workshops in leading institutions in his fields of practice for many years. His lectures include videos, examples, illustrations and real cases. Some of the lectures (for example in intellectual property) also feature expert lecturers in complementary fields.

Adv. Modai gave about one hundred and fifty (!!!) lectures, seminars and workshops on areas in which he gained experience and knowledge: contractual protection of technology and IP, international agreements, agency and distribution agreements and more.

 

Adv. Modai delivered his own module in about 90 import-export courses of the Business College of the Association of Chambers of Commerce, lectured in distribution systems workshops at the Export Institute's School of Foreign Trade and was recently asked to give extended lectures to the workshop.
